'The Strangers 2' Replaces 'Saw XI,' but Jigsaw Looks Set to Return
The 'Saw' franchise is maybe not dead yet, and Billy the Puppet is happy to let everyone know he is still "employed."
The Saw franchise appeared to have come to an end with recent reports that trouble behind the scenes had seen Saw XI ensnared in a trap it could not escape from. However, despite that, and Lionsgate replacing the movie with The Strangers: Chapter 2 in the slot earmarked for it, it looks like it is not “game over” for the franchise yet.
