The Penguin Has a Small Scene That Could Introduce a New Villain
Before you ask, this is not about Julian Rush or Hugo Strange. We already covered that character. This is about someone a little more terrifying.
At the start of Episode 2 of The Penguin, we were introduced to Julian Rush, Sofias therapist and doctor at Arkham Asylum. Thats exciting, but thats not what were talking about in this piece. Lets backtrack to a moment that takes place within the first 10 minutes of the premiere entry, during the introductory conversation between Oz and Alberto Falcone. While engaged in a tense conversation, Alberto divulges that he has a special new kind of high, a new drug that will revolutionize the game. Sooner rather than later, the son of the Carmine family patriarchy gets too snarky with his comebacks; Oz gets too jilted and then outright shoots him in cold blood. Oz takes the loot and goes on his way. But the story about Albertos specially designed narcotic doesnt end here it continues about 20 minutes later and may eventually introduce a very familiar Batman villain.
