My local Home Depot (Dublin, OH - Sawmill #3831) had a few Airthings Wave Smart Radon detectors marked down to $28.03 in the clearance end cap. Original retail price is $139.00. There were at least 4 left when I was in the store. Unsure if this is store specific clearance or a widespread markdown.

This specific Airthings model (Wave 2591) apparently has long term tracking capability for radon, temperature, and humidity. The description indicates that it is a Bluetooth device.
