'Road House 2' Reportedly Eyeing Guy Ritchie To Direct
Amazon's action sequel could see Guy Ritchie reunite with 'The Covenant' star Jake Gyllenhaal.
The “cooler” will return, as a hot new rumor finally offers an update on the highly anticipated action movie sequel, Road House 2. While Amazon did not release anything about the project during CinemaCon, a new report claims that none other than Snatch and The Gentlemen director Guy Ritchie is now in talks to helm the movie, taking over from the first outing's Doug Liman, with Will Beall (Aquaman, Zack Snyder's Justice League, Bad Boys: Ride or Die) penning the script. Coming courtesy of Puck News, this would see Ritchie reunite with both Prime Video and Road House star Jake Gyllenhaal following the 2023 war movie, The Covenant.
