James Gunn recently shared a new look at Superman’s Rick Flag Sr. in a behind-the-scenes photo in celebration of actor Frank Grillo’s birthday, but the image has caused a stir amongst fans who have all been asking the same question. For those who have been following Gunn’s progress reports on his and Peter Safran’s DCU, it is clear that the writer/director wants to see a more cohesive DC franchise than what has been done previously.
