These famous TV detectives would not only be able to catch Dexter, they'd do it without barely breaking a sweat.
Dexter is enjoying yet another resurgence in popularity in the zeitgeist, thanks to the newly launched prequel Dexter: Original Sin (which recently completed its first season), as well as no less than two additional series in the works, one with the title Dexter: Resurrection which is set to pick up after his apparent death at the end of Dexter: New Blood, and another series that will focus on the backstory of one of the original series' most popular villains, the Trinity Killer, played to perfection by TV legend John Lithgow.
